Warranty Policy

• Scope

  • This warranty covers physical products purchased from vinalls.uk (the “Product”) for personal use. It does not cover third-party products or services.

• Warranty period

  • The Product is covered for 12months from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”), unless a longer period is stated in the product listing.

• What is covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship that appear during normal, non-commercial use.

  • Functional failures that are not caused by user negligence, accident, misuse, or external factors.

• What is not covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, accidents, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized alterations.

  • Consumables (batteries, bulbs, etc., if not defective on delivery).

  • Software defects not caused by the Product’s hardware.

  • Items purchased “as is,” discontinued products, or sale/clearance items unless explicitly stated.

• Claim process

  • To claim, contact our support team at info@vinalls.uk with:

    • Order number and delivery date

    • Clear description of the defect

    • Photographs or video showing the issue

  • We may request the return of the defective Product for inspection.

• Remedies

  • If the defect is covered and reported within the Warranty Period:

    • We will repair the Product at no cost, or

    • Replace it with an equivalent Product, or

    • Refund the purchase price if a repair or replacement isn’t feasible (at our discretion).

  • If a return is required, you may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective on arrival.

• How to obtain service

  • Start a warranty claim via info@vinalls.uk or our help center. Include your order number and images/video of the defect.

  • We’ll provide approval and return instructions if a claim is eligible.

• Shipping costs

  • If the defect is confirmed, we pay for return shipping and for the shipment of the repair/ replacement item where applicable.

  • If the claim is not covered, you may be responsible for return shipping.

• Transferability

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Limitation of liability

  • Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product.

• Governing law

  • This policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in, and in accordance with, UK law.

• Changes

  • We may update this warranty policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your rights.
